Are you eligible for a Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190)?

The Skilled Nominated Visa allows workers who are with a high demand occupation in the Australian labor market and have been nominated by the Australian state or territory government to live and work in Australia as permanent residents.

You must require to meet up with at least the minimum eligibility requirement of a score of 65 points to receive the 190 visas. The points are awarded based on a number of factors including your age which should be below 45 years, your proficiency in English with IELTS or with other alternative language tests (OET, TOEFL, CAE, and PTE), the period of time you have been employed in your overseas occupation, the educational level you have reached, marital status and your partner’s skills.

Refer to the points calculator to check the number of points obtained.

The more points you obtain, the more likely you are to receive the invitation to apply.

Also, check whether your occupation is on the relevant list of eligible skilled occupations to receive a Skilled Nominated visa.
